Odisha tech leader Tatwa Technologies OmniAgent launch marks major global expansion for IT sector

Groundbreaking AI platform supports voice and chat in 40 languages

Bhubaneswar: Celebrating a significant step forward for the IT sector in eastern India, Tatwa Technologies marked its 24th Foundation Day with a major announcement. During a vibrant event at its Infocity campus, the company officially unveiled "OmniAgent," a cutting-edge artificial intelligence platform designed to transform how businesses interact with people.

This latest Tatwa Technologies AI launch signals the company’s ambition to expand its footprint well beyond Odisha. Ayaskant Mohanty, the Managing Director, highlighted that this innovation is a gateway to international markets. He expressed strong confidence in the product, noting that initial feedback from various enterprises, government bodies, and MSMEs has been overwhelmingly positive. Mohanty emphasized that the company’s goal remains steadfast: to build a global technology powerhouse with its roots firmly planted in Odisha.

At the core of this launch is the OmniAgent’s ability to mimic human interaction. Tapendra Senapati, CEO and Co-founder, demonstrated the tool live at the event. He explained that the platform is not just a robotic answering machine. Instead, it combines advanced technology with emotional intelligence to understand the context of a conversation. This allows the AI to engage meaningfully with citizens and customers across various industries.

One of the standout features of the OmniAgent is its linguistic versatility. The system allows organizations to deploy autonomous agents that can communicate fluently in over 40 languages. Crucially for the local region, this includes Odia, along with several other Indian languages. These AI agents can handle tasks across multiple channels, including voice calls, emails, chat, and various messaging apps.

The Foundation Day celebrations were a massive affair, connecting over 4,000 employees and stakeholders. Attendees joined both in person at the Bhubaneswar headquarters and through virtual platforms to witness the milestone. The event concluded with a colorful cultural program, celebrating two decades of the company’s journey in digital transformation, cloud computing, and enterprise software.
