Bhubaneswar: PM Shri KV, Jatni (Khurdha) will face Puri Zilla School, (Puri) in the Junior girls team final of the 7^thOdisha State Inter School Table Tennis Championships 2026 at Biju Patnaik Multipurpose Indoor Hall in Cuttack on Sunday.

The two-days long tournament inaugurated today, the Inter School Tournament is organized by Odisha State Table Tennis Association. A total number of 62 Schools have participated from around the state. 257 players (160 boys & 90 girls) from these schools are showing their skills.

Along with this the 31st YGTTA State Ranking Table Tennis Championship will be played in the same venue from 10th of August to 12^thAugust. This tournament will be conducted by Young Generation Table Tennis Association, Cuttack.

Before the matches started a brief opening ceremony was held. Abhijit Paul, Secretary, Odisha Olympic Association was the Chief Guest and Gangadhar Behera, District Sports Officer, Cuttack was the Guest of Honour. All the office barterers and members of Odisha State Table Tennis Association and Young Generation Table Tennis Association were present.

1. In the 1^stQuarter Final, PM Shri KV- No.1, Unit 9 (BBSR) bt PM Shri KV- No.1 (Katak) by 3-1 games
2. In the 2^ndQuarter Final, St Xaviers High School, (Katak) bt Stewart School (Katak) by 3-1 games
3. In the 3^rdQuarter Final, DAV Public School, CDA, (Katak) bt KISS (BBSR) by 3-0 games
4. In the 4^thQuarter Final, Cambridge School (Katak) bt Delhi Public School, Kalinga (Katak) by 3-1 games

In Junior Girls Team:

1. In the 1^stSemi Final, PM Shri KV, Jatni (Khurdha) bt St.Xaviers High School (BBSR) by 3-2 games
