Bhubaneswar, Jul 24: Odisha has reported three fresh COVID-19 cases, with health authorities assuring that the situation remains under control and there is no cause for public concern.

Public Health Director Dr. Rabindranath Mishra confirmed the new infections and said all three patients are in stable condition. Of the infected individuals, two are currently in home quarantine, while one is undergoing treatment at a hospital.

Dr. Mishra stated that the state's COVID-19 situation is not serious and urged the public not to panic. He emphasized that the Health Department is closely monitoring the situation and is fully prepared to respond to any change in the disease trend.

The Health Department has continued surveillance and testing across districts, while precautionary measures remain in place to detect and contain any potential spread of the virus. Officials said Odisha's healthcare infrastructure is well-equipped to manage any possible increase in COVID-19 cases if required.

Authorities have advised citizens to remain vigilant, maintain good hygiene practices, and follow health advisories whenever necessary, while reiterating that there is currently no need for alarm.
