Bhubaneswar, Feb 22: Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari today presented the annual budget for 2021-22 with an outlay of Rs 1.7 lakh crore. The focus areas will be creation of world class infrastructure, transformative health care and educational services, robust ecosystem for sports, tourism, culture, industries and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME). The Budget caters two parts - Agricuture Budget and General Budget. Odisha has become the second state in the country to adopt complete E-budgeting by building digital infrastructure, actively promoting adoption and usage of budget documents in electronic form & presentation of budget by Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari through iPad,
