Odisha Police's Special Task Force to Investigate Bhubaneswar Man's Alleged Terror Links

The Odisha Crime Branch's Special Task Force (STF) has been designated as the primary agency to lead the investigation into the suspected terror links of a Bhubaneswar-based man. The STF will work in coordination with the Delhi Police, according to senior officials.

Bhubaneswar, April 12: The Odisha Crime Branch's Special Task Force (STF) has been designated as the primary agency to lead the investigation into the suspected terror links of a Bhubaneswar-based man, Sheikh Imran.

The STF will work in coordination with the Delhi Police, according to senior officials.

The 22-year-old Sheikh Imran was apprehended on Friday by a combined team from Odisha and Delhi Police on charges of involvement in anti-national activities.

"We are exploring all possible leads in this case, including his social connections, associates, financial transactions, family background, and employment history," said SP (STF) Rabindra Nath Satpathy.
