Odisha: Poacher arrested while trying to hunt animals by setting fire in forest

Baripada, Mar 9: The forest department officials today arrested a youth for allegedly attempting to hunt wild animals by setting fire in Gudidiha forest under Dudhiani range in Mayurbhanj district.
The arrested have been identified as Salu Tiu of Khadikudar village under Karanjia police limits
Acting on a tip-off the forest officials conducted raids in the jungle and nabbed the duo, while they were trying to hunt wild animals by setting fire in the forest.
On Monday, the forest officials arrested one and Pradhan Hembram of Ambatalia village under Jashipur police limits for trying hunt wild animal.
The accused duo will be forwarded to court today, sources said.
