Odisha govt. gives comp retirement to five tainted officers

Bhubaneswar, Feb 15: The Odisha government has given forced retirement to five officers on charges of corruption and inefficiency, officials said on Wednesday. Taking stringent action as part of its zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, Odisha Government has taken such a decision. The government ordered compulsory retirement of five more officials including Kalahandi IUCAW DSP, ex-Tehsildar, Bonai, Bongamunda PS Inspector, Basudevpur Municipal executive officer, and former executive officer of Karanjia NAC, on charges of corruption and inefficiency.
