Odisha govt orders compulsory retirement of six officials

Bhubaneswar, Mar 23: The state government has ordered compulsory retirement of six more officials on corruption charges. The officials who were given compulsory retirement are Sunil Kumar Panda, Chief Engineer–cum-Chief Electrical Inspector, Sambalpur, Jagannath Sethy, Executing Engineer of Rural Works (Electrical) Division in Berhampur, Deepak Kumar Bhuyan, Executive Engineer, (Testing and Calibration) in Bhubaneswar, Prashant Kumar Mishra, Executive Engineer (ED & Inspection)  in Bhubaneswar, Antaryami Behera, Block Education Officer, Gunupur in Raygada and Braja Kumar Nayak, Block Education Officer (BEO) of Nuagada block in Gajapati district. Strict action including compulsory retirement  has been taken against a total of 164 corrupt officials as of now.
