Bhubaneswar, Jan 28: Odisha is all set to showcase its industrial potential and attract global and domestic investments as the two-day Utkarsh Odisha – Make in Odisha Conclave 2025 will kick-off at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneswar today.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the flagship business conclave after his arrival at Biju Patnaik International Airport at around 10:35 am. He is expected to address the gathering at 11:00 am and leave the venue at 12:35 pm.
The event will feature a plenary session with top industrial leaders, followed by sectoral discussions on mining, metallurgy, chemicals, petrochemicals, plastics, and renewable energy. Additionally, a special session with international delegations and a CEO roundtable.
Delegations from 16 countries, including diplomats and business leaders, will participate in the event. Singapore is the partner country. Malaysia and Australia are focus countries for this year’s summit.
Prominent business tycoons such as LN Mittal, Anil Agarwal, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Sajjan Jindal, Naveen Jindal, Karan Adani, and TV Narendran will attend the conclave.
Over 7,500 delegates from various industries have already registered.
A key highlight is the Make-in-Odisha exhibition, featuring thematic pavilions showcasing Odisha's strengths across minerals, manufacturing, renewable energy, textiles, IT, skill development, and food processing.
