New Delhi, Feb 28: Odisha FC under 15 boys have defeated Punjab FC 2-1 in their last game of the group stage of the ongoing Hero Junior League 2019-20 at JLN Training Pitch 2 in Delhi. Nirmanyu Singh Atri scored a brace in this crucial game for OFC. Odisha under 15 boys didn’t have a great start to the game as they conceded a goal in the 18th minute. Moirangthem Berlin was the first player to get his name registered on the scoresheet. However, 18 minutes after the first goal, it was Nirmanyu Singh Atri who equalized and brought OFC back in the game. Atri found the back of the net once again just before the end of the first half and Odisha went into the break with a lead of one goal. There were no goals scored in the second half and OFC won the game 2-1. With this win, Odisha FC now has 16 total points from eight games in the Hero Junior League 2019-20.
