Bhubaneswar, April 6: Amid an unprecedented rise in the Covid-19 cases across the state, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will review the situation in the evening.
According to sources, the CM will review the situation with the Chief Secretary, Development Commissioner and all district collectors through video conferencing.
Odisha reported 588 new Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, the health department said on Tuesday.
When 342 were quarantine cases, 246 were local contacts.
Khordha reported the highest 105 cases followed by Sundargarh 84 and Kalahandi 64.
Odisha has now 3731 active cases when the total number of positive cases reached at 343856 with detection of the fresh cases.
