Berhampur, May 8: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi is scheduled to visit Ganjam district today as part of his official tour marking his second visit in 11 days.
The Chief Minister will first visit Maa Taratarini temple. Following this, he will attend the annual celebrations of the Government Higher Secondary School at Ganga Dahani in the Purusottampur block.
The event will mark the school's centenary celebrations. Extensive preparations have been made for the Chief Minister's visit, including strong security arrangements to ensure the smooth flow of events.
He visited the district on April 27 and attended the centenary celebration of the upper primary school at Bhimpur in Patrapur block.
He also witnessed the Thakurani Yatra by visiting the temporary pandal of the Maa Budhi Thakurani at Desibehra Street. Majhi is scheduled to hold a public grievance session in Berhampur during this month. The date and venue are yet to be declared.
