Bhubaneswar, Nov 24: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday launched 'Janasunani Portal' and the revamped web portal of Odia Virtual Academy (OVA). The Chief Minister unveiled the public grievances redressal portal of Electronics and IT Department and new portal of Odia Virtual Academy established by the Odia Language Literature and Culture Department. The people can lodge their grievances through the Janasunani portal. The Chief Minister said that all programmes of the state government are directed towards the people of Odisha. “We are committed to reaching out to people at their homes with the 5T principles driven by technology among other important pillars of governance,” he said. “People do not have to go to the offices for grievance redressal or availing other services of the government departments. These new portals will go a long way in achieving this objective,” the Chief Minister said. He praised the Electronics and IT Department for the implementation of Artificial Intellegence and Machine Learning in the new portal.
