Odisha: 50 injured as bus overturns in Bijaghati of Malkangiri

Malkangiri, June 2: As many as 50 people were injured after the bus they were travelling in overturned in the Bijaghati area of Odisha's Malkangiri district this morning.
As per reports, the bus was travelling from Hyderabad to Balangir when the driver lost control over the wheels while navigating through the hilly stretch of Bijaghati and overturned.
The exact reason behind the mishap is yet to be ascertained.
Upon getting the information, police arrived at the scene and launched a rescue operation.
The injured passengers were shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment. The condition of some passengers is stated to be critical.
