Bhubaneswar, Sep 16: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating his 71st birthday on Friday. To mark the special occasion, Odia artist Priyanka Sahani has made an eight-feet-long painting of the PM using food grains. The Odia girl has greeted the Prime Minister with the special artwork. She took at least 25 hours to make this gift for the PM. “This art is especially for Modii ji. Today is the birthday of our honourable Prime Minister. So I have made this painting using pulses such as harsegram, greengram, gram, red lentil, rice and flattened rice. This is my way of paying respect to true leader,” she said. “I have placed Odia culture in the painting,” Priyanka added. As the Prime Minister celebrates his birthday, greetings poured in from leaders across India and the world. On the occasion of PM Modi's birthday, BJP has organised several events across the country to celebrate.
