Non-payment of dues: Gym at IG Park sealed

Bhubaneswar, May 4: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) today sealed the gymnasium at IG Park due to non-payment of dues by the owner. Officials said that the total due of the owner till December 2010 stood at Rs 34.73 lakh. {"align":"center","id":111449,"sizeSlug":"large","linkDestination":"none"} “Due to default of payment, BDA initiated an OPP case against the owner and Member Estate, BDA passed order to seal the gym. Subsequently it has been sealed in presence of BDA officials and police,” said an official. The gymnasium was set up on an area of 3,000 sq ft at an estimated cost of Rs 40 lakh.
