Newborn’s body recovered from parking place in Betnoti hospital

Baripada, Dec 7: The body of a newborn child was found near the parking place of Betnoti Community Hospital in Mayurbhanj on Tuesday. However, the body was found nowhere on the spot after some time when the incident came to the fore. Sources said the body of a newborn baby was spotted in the parking place by some attendants in the afternoon. Meanwhile, someone reportedly took it away from the spot. On the other hand, the In-Charge Medical Officer has got no information regarding the incident. Worth mentioning, the Labour Room of the hospital is not functioning for the last two months due to no Gynaecologist has joined here. At the same time, finding a newborn’s body in the hospital has created a fuss in the locality.
