Naveen inaugurates projects worth Rs 28 crore for Hinjilicut Municipality

Bhubaneswar, Feb 11: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today inaugurated projects worth Rs 28 crore for Hinjilicut Municipality through video conferencing. Patnaik while inaugurating the projects said that he has always been there with the people of Hinjilicut. “I have always kept a watch on the development of Hinjilicut along with the development of Odisha. Development of education system in the area has always remained as my top priority,” said Patnaik. Patnaik further said that the Covid-19 pandemic has forced him to stay away from the people of Hinjilicut. “The situation has improved and I will soon visit the area to meet the people,” he added. The CM further appreciated the efforts of residents of Ganjam district for effective management of the pandemic. “The way Ganjam fought with the virus is remarkable and I thank the people for their co-operation. Ganjam received appreciation from the world for Covid-19 management. The risk is not over yet though vaccination has already started. We need to remain extra vigilant,” he said.
