New Delhi, June 22: A Supreme Court judge has rescued himself from hearing pleas of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Justice Aniruddha Bose, who is from Kolkata, on Tuesday withdrew from hearing appeals of Mamata Banerjee and West Bengal law minister Moloy Ghatak about their role on the day of arrest of four TMC leaders by the CBI in connection with the 2016  Narada sting case. Justice Bose said “I do not want to hear this case”. Following which, another judge, Justice Hemant Gupta asked the registry to post the case before another bench. Banerjee has accused the Central agency of making false allegations about her sitting in protest outside CBI’s Kolkata office after the arrest of four TMC leaders on May 17 in connection with Narada sting case.
