Bhubaneswar, Jan 21: The much-awaited Hanspal flyover connecting Cuttack- Bhubaneswar was inaugurated for all.

The NHAI has built the flyover worth Rs 24.5 crore which was a long-standing demand of commuters since a long.

The area had in the recent past become an accident-prone zone. Moreover, the people of Hanspal, Balianta and the nearby regions faced traffic issues.

Taking to X, Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi tweeted,” Pleased to inform that Hanspal Flyover worth Rs 24.5 crore by NHAI official will be formally opened for all on 21st January,’25 after a long wait of 5 years- my first initiative as MP, BBSR in 2019. Too many technical glitches & contractor issues. Visited the site yesterday.”
