Bhopal, Nov 25: Madhya Pradesh Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Bisahulal Singh has stoked a controversy by targeting upper castes and their women. He said that upper caste and influential people restrict their womenfolk to the household, so if we want social equality, then these women should be dragged from their house to work in society to ensure equality.
