‘Mo College’ to set on - Alumni to cultivate benevolence to campus

Bhubaneswar, Jan 24: Government of Odisha is going to quick start ‘Mo College’ in the plank of ‘Mo School’ after a grand mileage of its success. Chief Minister’s office has planned a detail blue-Print of the innovative campaign hoping benevolence of college alumni. Mo College Campaign Management Organisation has been formulated to harvest patronage from the former students of colleges. Accordingly, the organisation is making a data base of all alumni with their present state of engagement. After all the matrices, a special website will be designed and dedicated for the authority and former students. The website will be full-fledged on March 10.Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will host it functional at 5 pm in the Lokseva Bhawan. This specially designed website will give access to the former students to get them registered spontaneously. On the eve of the inaugural function, hundreds of students will pledge their oath to head educational responsibility to their respective institutions. Especially, techies having skill in Information Technology and academics will share their knowledge and experience teaching to the present students pursuing their higher education in colleges, universities and technical institutions. Contributions from well established alumni and well wishers will be kept in the Corpus Fund of the state. It will be utilized to undertake campus development projects. Similarly, Mo College Society will be formed in all institutions comprising former students and teachers to cater the local resources. It will suggest data base of the concerned institution and their frame work to beautify both educationally and technically. It’s worth mention that ‘Mo School Campaign” of the state is in its forward pace. It has now been able to abridge students, teachers, Educationist and schools with the state authorities within few years. ‘Mo College’ Campaign on this queue will wit tremendous success, said a CMO official.
