Miscreant nabbed by locals in Bhubaneswar during loot bid

Bhubaneswar, Nov 10: Locals managed to nab a youth while he was attempting to loot a shop in Sailashree Vihar area in broad daylight. The shop owner sustained injuries during the loot bid. As per reports, the miscreant reached the shop and threatened the owner with a pistol which was later found to be a toy gun. The miscreant later attacked the owner with a sharp edged weapon when he tried to resist. However, locals rushed to his rescue after he raised an alarm. Locals managed to nab the miscreant and immediately informed the police. Police have seized a toy gun and a sharp edged weapon from the miscreant. Police said that they are further verifying the antecedents of the miscreants.
