
Bhubaneswar, Sept 28:The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) is all set to kick off a public relation march under the aegis of Jan Sampark Padayatra from October 9.
The BJD top leaderships announced it on Sunday.
According to senior BJD leader and Vice President Debi Prasad Mishra, the Jan Sampark Padayatra is aimed at establishing direct contact with the people of Odisha and highlighting the shortcomings of the BJP-led state government during their regime.
The Jan Sampark Padayatra will begin on October 9 i.e from Gopabandhu Jayanti and conclude on November 9, said Mishra in a press briefing held at the Sankha Bhawan.
With the mass awareness program, the party will apprise the pitfalls of the Odisha government and seek public support in this connection, said senior leader Pramila Mallik.
