Nayagarh, Oct 8: Maoist cadre Sabyasachi Panda and Azad have been acquitted in two cases on Friday. Nayagarh District and Sessions Judge acquitted three accused including Panda, due to lack of evidence and witnesses from the Public Prosecutor. However, the other accused Ravi Dulari who had died before the hearing has also been proved to have no connivance in the Nayagarh Mao attack case, which took place on February 15, 2008. Worth mentioning, Mao cadre Panda, B Keshab Rao alias Azad and Ravi Dulari were under Judicial custody for allegedly torching fire in Dasapalla police station and the concerned IIC’s official residence.
