Bhubaneswar, Oct 26: The polygraph test of the three accused involved in the murder case of senior journalist Navin Das’ son Manish Anurag was conducted today. The accused Amrit, Dinesh, and Mrutyunjay have been arrested. Notably, the three were arrested on October 16 on the charges of killing Manish and destroying evidence. Manish had gone along with Amrit, Mrutyunjay and Dinesh to the South City hotel in Patrapada where an argument over the bill payment took place between them. All the three accused allegedly attacked Manish in a fit of rage which led to his death. Thereafter, they dumped Manish’s body in a pond. As the investigation into the matter is still underway to ascertain all other angles of the crime, the appeal has been made to conduct the lie detection test of all the accused.
