Betnoti, June 22: In a case of utter negligence reported from Betnoti in Mayurbhanj, a man was administered two doses of the vaccine against Covid-19 within five minutes. The incident took place at a vaccination centre in the Bacchuripada village under Betnoti police limits in Mayurbhanj. As per reports, the man who went there to take the jab on June 19, has alleged that the nursing staff was so busy that they administered both doses of vaccine to him within five minutes. Sources said, one Prasanna Kumar Sahu from Bachuripada village went Khuntapur High School. After the first dose givern to Prasanna, he was under observation for 30 minutes during which a nurse allegedly administered another dose of the vaccine to him. Even if, he raised the alarm, but by that time, the nurse had already administered the vaccine. After getting the information, no action has been taken by the in-charge officer of Betnoi Community health care center.
