Man killed over previous enmity in Nuapada

Nuapada, Sep 11: A man died after a group of people attacked him violently in Nuapada on Saturday. The incident took place at  Sunari Sikuan village under Khariar police in the evening. The deceased has been identified as Abhimanyu Baitharu. Sources said, Abhimanyu was a drug addicted who had committed a series of petty crimes in the locality. Meanwhile, a group of people attacked him with weapons over previous enmity. Subsequently, Abhimanyu  succumbed to critical injuries. Being informed, police seized the body and called for the scientific team. On the other hand, investigation is underway to nab the accused.
