Man gets 10-year imprisonment for killing wife in Keonjhar

Bhubaneswar, May 10: A local court in Keonjhar on Tuesday awarded 10-year imprisonment to a person for killing his wife in 2007. The court has also imposed Rs 50,000 fine on Jagabandhu Munda. Jagabandhu had hacked his wife to death after the latter denied giving money to her husband for purchasing a vehicle. The incident had occurred in Similipal village under Telkoi police station in the district.
