Kolkata, April 19: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday said that Prime Minister is responsible for the second wave of Covid-19 in India. She blamed the PM for not making plans to stop Covid-19 in the last six months and sought an answer for him. “The Prime Minister is responsible for the second wave of Covid-19,” said Mamata addressing the media over the state’s Covid situation. She also once again requested the Election Commission to bundle the remaining phases of elections to a single phase to minimise the virus infection.
