Bhubaneswar, July 4: The Low pressure, which is likely to form within the next 24 hours, will trigger heavy rainfall in Odisha, informed the Meteorological department. Reportedly, the cyclonic storm formed near Bangladesh and adjoining areas which now lies near South Jharkhand and its adjoining areas. As a result, the weather department has predicted heavy rainfall in Odisha for the next five days. An orange warning has been issued to five districts including Keonjhar, Sundergarh, Sambalpur, Bargarh and Balangir for the next 24 hours for heavy to very heavy rains whereas a yellow warning to 17 districts. Likewise, five districts including Sambalpur, Deogarh, Sundergarh, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj have been issued an orange while 14 districts have been issued yellow warnings for tomorrow. Similarly, the meteorological department warned of heavy rains on July 5 in 10 districts, in 18 districts on July 6, and in 17 districts on July 7.
