Nabrangpur, Oct 26: Bodies of a boy and his girlfriend  were reportedly found hanging at Nirundi village, under Umarkote police station limits Nabarangpur on Tuesday.

The duo have been identified as Nakul Bharta and Hindumati Bharta.

Sources said, the couple was found dead inside a room by their family, who then informed the Umarkote police.

Police and a forensic team from Koraput reached the spot and recovered the bodies.Subsequently, the bodies were seized, underwent inquest and sent for post-mortem.

An UD case has been registered in this connection. Further investigation on the matter is underway, said police.
