LG launches another Best Shop in Rayagada to introduce its customers to a new level of brand experience

Rayagada, July 31: Continuing with its commitment to redefine retailing standards in the Indian consumer durable industry, LG Electronics has opened Best Shop Eskay Enterprisers at Station Road, Rayagada. Designed to meet the current challenging demands of the retail environment in the country, The inauguration was done over video conferencing by H.S.JI- Director Home Appliances- LG Electronics India, Electronics India in presence of Prabal Saxena Senior Regional Business Head, Pravanjan Ray-Regional Business Head (BH+OR) and Manish Singhal BM-Odisha. The LG Best Shop aims to enhance the shopping experience of today’s sophisticated market, and would serve as a one-stop-shop for all the digital lifestyle needs of a household. As a responsible brand LG Electronics has put together guidelines for its Best Shops across India to help maintain health and hygiene standards taking in view of current pandemic COVID19. The guidelines include mandatory use of masks and hand sanitizers by the staff as well as product and store cleaning every hour so that safe environment is maintained. Speaking on the occasion Hyoung Sub Ji – Director – Home Appliances LG Electronics India said, “It has been our endeavor to create a store that would not only stand out, but also showcase the values of LG brand. Our retail strategy is to be where our customers are, instead of being present in the conventional electronics markets. LG Best Shop has been conceptualized as the ultimate retailing experience that synchronizes with the international image of innovation, quality and excellence. LG Best Shop will provide the company a new communication channel with its trade partners. It would give the company better insight into current customer needs and help it to tailor solutions and proposals to offer more effective marketing promotions. The LG Best Shop concept was established with the aim of creating a platform to communicate the LG identity. The objective was not just to attract the impulse buyer, but to also introduce an element of interactivity in the outlet while projecting the identities of LG products. The showrooms have been designed to allow customers to shop in comfort even during peak seasons such as festivals.
