Landmark Apartment Owners’ Association celebrates 72nd Republic Day

Bhubaneswar, Jan 27: Residents of Landmark Apartment Owners’ Association celebrated the 72nd Republic Day with great enthusiasm, love, devotion and cultural events. All the residents of the apartment complex defying age and other commitments of life made it a point to gather under the Tricolour and took the oath of nation building and dedicating their lives for the Motherland. While president Gayatri Routray and secretary Biswamohan Patnaik jointly hoisted the national flag near the entrance of the residential complex, advisor Nihar Ranjan Mallick spoke about the importance of the Republic Day and the responsibilities of a good citizen. Well-known singer Anshuman Nayak, music director Anshuman Tripathy and guitarist Anand Tiwari performed. The patriotic song during the celebration was recited by the Landmark Chorus Group consisting Banita, Subrata, Gitanjali, Jyoti, Nina, Chanda, Goodlie, Gunjan, Khushi, Rabi and Sambit. Odia and Hindi patriotic song performances were also enacted by kids of the society in Landmark Phase II. From the solo performers while Girija Shankar Mishra recited patriotic songs, Gobardhan Padhi spoke on Siddha Yoga and Kalyan Sadhana. All the cultural activities of the Landmark Apartment Owners’ Association were coordinated by Cultural Secretary Banita Patnaik. Vice-president of the association Surajit Patnaik extended vote of thanks.
