Kudua maker dies as house collapses in Puri

Bhubaneswar: A servitor of the Shreemandir died as a Kudua (a special kind of earthen pot used for keeping Mahaprasad of Lord Jagannath) house collapsed over him in Puri early this morning, according to reports.
The deceased was identified as Rasanand Bishoyi, secretary of the Kumbakar Nijog, a body of potters engaged in making Kuduas.
Reports said Rasandand was making Kuduas for Lord Jagannath when the house collapsed over him. He was rushed to the Puri DHH where doctors declared him dead. Police have reached the spot and started investigation.
