Koraput, Oct 22: Koraput district administration has foiled Andhra’s attempt to post signage in Kotia group of villages on Friday. Anticipating opposition from police and the public, Andhra officials postponed their plan of putting up signboards within Odisha’s territory in the afternoon. Sources said Andhra officials had scheduled to undertake a number of welfare programs today, in order to lure people of Odisha towards the Andhra government. According to intelligence inputs, the Andhra administration had plans to hold organizational meetings at Madkar, Uparasembi, Ganjeipadar along with a number of suburbs under the Kotia group of villages in the morning. {"id":141479,"sizeSlug":"full","linkDestination":"none"} At the same time, the Andhra administration had plans to put up signage in Telugu language.
