Regular consumption of bananas can work as well-being of an individual. The banana is portrayed as a 'rough berry.' The tissue is firm, smooth, and satisfying. They are exceptionally delicate. Additionally, they ripe rapidly. The yellow skin becomes brown as bunches of earthy colored spots nearly cover the skin. The natural product becomes milder as it matures, and loses its appeal. Bananas can be enjoyed as morning or evening snacks. You can replace candy bars and other junk food with this fruit. Banana lumps can be added to servings of mixed greens and breakfast grains. This organic product can be taken care of infants, patients, or eldery people. Stripped bananas or banana pieces become brown inside a couple of moments, on account of a basic oxidation measure. How to Keep Bananas Fresh for Longer: -Bananas exposed to room temperature ripen slower and evenly. See to it that they are not exposed to direct heat or sunlight. Place them away from the stove, heater, and window. Store them in a well-ventilated, cool, dark place. -Fruit baskets often have hooks to hang bananas. Hanging the bananas on a hook is the best way of storing them. - Place the bananas away from other ripe fruits. This can help delay the process of ripening. Ripe fruits produce ethylene, and unripe fruits ripen faster when exposed to ethylene. Ethylene speeds up maturation and abscission of fruits. This applies to bananas too. - Every time you remove a banana from the bunch, you will have to wrap it back again carefully. This will help keep them fresh for longer. - Bananas can be prevented from turning brown by sprinkling a little bit of pineapple, orange, grapefruit juice, vinegar, or lemon juice over the slices. You can even immerse the chunks in lemon juice for 2 – 3 minutes. If you are going to consume them whole, you can sprinkle some lemon juice over them after peeling. wp:gallery {"ids":[],"linkTo":"none"} /wp:gallery
