Jumbo herd moves near Vedvyas; villagers in fear

Bhubaneswar: A state of panic has gripped the human habitations near Vedvyas on the Rourkela city outskirts as a herd of 10 elephants is moving around Sawmill area since the last night.
On being informed, forest officials have reached the spot and are trying to drive away the herd.
It may be noted that a man had been trampled to death by a pachyderm in a village near Vedvyas recently.
