New Delhi, May 26: Jack Dorsey has stepped down as the board member of the microblogging platform Twitter.
Dorsey has stepped down from the board at a time when Tesla CEO Elon Musk is demanding Twitter to reveal the actual number of fake or spam accounts.
Dorsey had quit as Twitter CEO in November last year, handing over the baton to Parag Agrawal.
“I’ve decided to leave Twitter because I believe the company is ready to move on from its founders. My trust in Parag as Twitter’s CEO is deep. His work over the past 10 years has been transformational. I’m deeply grateful for his skill, heart, and soul. It’s his time to lead,” Dorsey had said at the time he exited as CEO of Twitter.
