SUBRAT DAS Bhubaneswar, Mar 19: Though ruling BJD and Opposition BJP brought peace to run the House smoothly, the other Opposition party Congress disrupted the proceedings accusing both BJD and BJP to be hand in gloves with each other. Despite the decision taken in the all party meeting yesterday, the BJP staged walk out after the statement made by Food and Supplies minister Ranendra Pratap Swain on the status of paddy procurement. In the forenoon session today, the Congress legislature party leader Narasingha Mishra rose to speak; however, the Speaker did not allow. Irate over this Congress MLAs staged dharna in the House in protest. Later, Speaker convened an all party meeting to ensure smooth management of the House. Ridiculing the ''high drama'' by BJP and BJP yesterday Mishra said, "The BJP MLAs had marched towards Naveen Niwas like baratee and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik greeted them. The women members of BJD welcomed them with traditional rituals. Ministers were also waited for them at Naveen Niwas. BJD MLAs followed their BJP counter parts like body guards. We had earlier termed them as brothers which was proved yesterday." Yesterday Law Minister Pratap Jena had said that the BJP MLAs had been to Naveen Niwas to wash away their sins. Condemning this statement leader of Opposition Pradipta Naik asked ''are we sinners?''  Alleging that a cabinet minister insulted them by making such statement Naik said we did not want to go inside; however, we went inside to respect the Chief Minister. Later, the Chief Minister treated us. Describing the march of BJP MLAs to Naveen Niwas as farce, Congress MLA Tara Prasad Bahinipati said, "It was pre arranged. The Chief Minister had known that the BJP MLAs will come there." It was not we but the Congress is the B group of BJD, quipped the leader of Opposition Pradipta Kumar Naik.
