ISRO chief in city, says Chandrayan 2 has got 98% success

Bhubaneswar: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chairman Dr K Sivan would address the convocation on Saturday claimed here that the moon mission Chandrayan-2 has achieved 98 per cent success and the ISRO is now working to find out snags developed in the lander Vikram.

Dr Sivan said this in response to a query on his arrival at the Biju Patnaik International Airport this morning.

He has visited the State to attend the convocation of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhubaneswar at its Argul permanent campus today.

Sivan would distribute degrees to 32 Ph.D, 105 M.Tech, 67 M.Sc and 152 B.Tech students, according to information.
