Nuapada, March 30: In a tragic incident, body of a BJD leader’s wife in Odisha’s Nuapada was found hung from a tree on Monday.

Mystery shrouded over the death of the housewife identified as Puja Panda, living in a sweet home with two kids, as the body was inappropriately hung leaning on ground.Apart from it, the occurrence took place a few feets away from her residence with other family members at home.

According to report, deceased Puja Panda was wife of BJD leader Harish Panda.Puja, who reportedly went to bed at night on Monday, was found hanging in the morning, from a tree in front of her house.

On being informed, Police vistited the spot and recovered the body from the spot.Following essential inquest, the body was sent to hospital for post mortem examinations.

The reason behind the young woman’s sudden death is yet to be ascertained. While, the neighbors are suspecting a family dispute behind the matter that let to commit suicide, the nature of suicide knot & ligature marks on the deceased body are pointing towards a foul play. Further investigation is underway to unwrap the mystery behind the incident.

Neither police nor the family members of the deceased have ever opened up regarding the incident.
