New Delhi, May 18: Sanjay Dutt starrer Aakhri Sawaal continues to remain in the spotlight despite its poor box office performance. Though the film has received positive reviews from critics and audiences alike, it has failed to make a strong impact commercially.
However, the film has been drawing attention from several prominent personalities, including political leaders and members of the public. A special screening of the movie was recently organised at Rashtrapati Bhavan, further adding to the buzz surrounding the film.
The controversy surrounding Aakhri Sawaal has also intensified after a PIL seeking a ban on the film was reportedly filed in the UAE. Despite this, curiosity and interest among Indian audiences continue to grow. Recently, Rekha Gupta watched the film and praised its content.

Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Abhijeet Mohan Warang, the film has been presented by Nikhil Nanda. It has been jointly produced by Nikhil Nanda and Sanjay Dutt, while Punit Nanda, Dr Deepak Singh, Gaurav Dubey and Ujjwal Anand have served as co-producers.
The story, screenplay and dialogues of the film have been penned by Utkarsh Nathani.
