Bhubaneswar, Ap 21: Under theSiksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA), the ‘JAAGO’ Club organized a water distribution camp on Monday in front of the university’s main administrative building to provide relief to passersby during the intense summer heat.

The event was graced by SOA Vice-Chancellor Professor Prashant Kumar Patra, Controller of Examinations Professor Manjula Das, Dean of the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER) Professor P.K. Sahu, and ‘JAAGO’ Club convener Professor Anita Panda, who personally distributed drinking water and refreshments to the public.

Also present were Associate Professor Tanmay Parida, Assistant Professor Abhijit Choudhury, Student Coordinator Shivani Shankar Pattnayak, along with several other staff members and students who assisted in the initiative.

The ‘JAAGO’ Club has been conducting various community service programs for several years, including teaching sessions for young children in nearby localities. Taking into account the current sweltering temperatures, the club decided to organize the water distribution camp to ensure immediate relief for those outdoors.
