ODCA announced State U-19 team

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Deaf Cricket Association (ODCA) announced the Odisha Deaf Men U-19 squad for the IDCA 3rd U-19 T20 National Cricket Championship for Deaf 2026, which will be held at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, from 22nd June to 26th June 2026.

 

All rounder Sibun Nanda will lead the team as captain and he will be accompanied by Smruti Ranjan Barik as vice-captain. Sagarkanta Senapati and Sanjeeb Kumar Malla will join the team as coach and manager respectively.

 

The squad has been selected by the All-Odisha Deaf Men’s U-19 Selection Committee after a comprehensive evaluation of players' performances, skills, fitness, and commitment during the selection process.

 

A preparatory training and coaching camp for the U-19 team will be conducted in OCA in Cuttack from 14th June to 19th June 2026. The camp will focus on skill development, fitness, match preparation, and team coordination ahead of the national championship.

 

The Odisha Deaf Cricket Association (ODCA) sincerely thanks the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) for providing excellent accommodation, cricket grounds, and transportation (van/bus), and training camp facilities for our players.
