Bhubaneswar, March 27: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heatwave warning for several regions of Odisha over the next three days.

 The IMD forecasts a rise in daytime temperatures by 2-4 degrees Celsius in the coming days, with little to no significant change in the weather thereafter.

 A 'Yellow' alert has been issued for Sambalpur and Boudh districts on Friday, advising residents to stay alert.
