Bhubaneswar, July 25: Dharmendra Pradhan during his tenure as Union Minister of Education, has led transformative reforms in education, said Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Saturday, following the resignation of Pradhan from the Union Cabinet.
Lauding the outgoing Union Education Minister’s significant contributions to the educational landscape in India, Majhi said, the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) is one of the greatest achievements of Pradhan that will remain historic forever.
Taking to X, the CM wrote, “As Union Minister of Education, Shri @dpradhanbjp led transformative reforms, including the historic National Education Policy (NEP 2020), laying a strong foundation for the future of millions of students across the nation.”
Underlining the moral resolve of Pradhan to step down as the Union Minister, the CM said, “Prioritizing high moral values above all else, his decision to resign reflects his deep principle and an unwavering dedication to public service.”
“We all are confident of successful future days for him. May Mahaprabhu Shri Jagannath bless his journey ahead”, the CM’s post added.
