Bhubaneswar, May 30: The Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell, which had remained closed due to the summer heat, will reopen on June 1, allowing citizens to directly present their grievances before Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.

The grievance hearing will be held at the grievance cell located in Unit-II, Bhubaneswar. The announcement was made on Friday by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.

According to the department, only those individuals who had registered their names and grievances online on April 27 will be allowed to meet the Chief Minister and submit their complaints during the programme. The department clarified that these applicants are not required to register again.

Registered complainants have been advised to carry valid identity proof along with copies of their grievance petitions while visiting the grievance cell. The grievance redressal programme is aimed at providing citizens with direct access to the Chief Minister for resolving public issues and administrative concerns.
