Puri, Oct 18: Yogasanas, Pranayam, meditation and relaxation practices help modulate physiological responses to stress and help in lessening risk of infectious diseases by reducing susceptibility to it.

Through #MoBeachYoga the participants are spreading awareness and helping themselves in the process in Puri beach.

Maintaining #COVIDGuideline, there are 10 well organized and curated platforms along the 800m stretch for #MoBeachYoga. The programme is organized on a pilot basis with Yogic Respiratory Exercises by recovered people who are invited to this programme from all walks of life.

#MoBeach campaign is entering a new arena in Wellness and Environment Education with #MoBeachYoga at the time of #COVID19. A pilot project of Directorate of AYUSH @HFWOdisha in collaboration with Beach Management Committee at Puri Beach, the Puri district administration said in a tweet.
