SBI customers may face intermittent issues on Mar 14

Bhubaneswar, Mar 13: The State Bank of India’s (SBI) customers may face intermittent issues on March 14 as the bank is upgrading its UPI platform for a better customer experience.

In a notice the bank said, “ As SBI is upgrading its UPI platform for a better customer experience there may be intermittent issues on 14th March 2021. While this exercise is in progress, we do regret the inconvenience caused and request you to kindly bear with us.”  

You may use alternate digital channels like YONO, YonoLite, Net Banking, or ATM (Debit Cards) which are not impacted by this upgrade. As SBI is upgrading its UPI platform for a better customer experience there may be intermittent issues on 14th March 2021. While this exercise is in progress, we do regret the inconvenience caused and request you to kindly bear with us, stated the notice.

You may use alternate digital channels like YONO, YonoLite, Net Banking, or ATM (Debit Cards) which are not impacted by this upgrade, SBI suggested.
